General Instructions

This Web site can be navigated in two ways:  using the menu on the left side of the page or using the hyperlinks embedded in the text.

To navigate using the menu on the left side of the page, click on the item that you want to view.  The page will appear on the right side of the screen.  When you are done with the item, you can either use the back button on your web browser to go back to the home page or click on the next item that you want to view in the menu on the left side of the page.

To navigate using the hyperlinks embedded in the text, click on the blue underlined text.  When you are done viewing an item, you can use the back button on your browser to return to the home page.

Instructions for the Bibliography

If you want to download the entire bibliography to read offline, use this hyperlink and save it to your computer.  If you want to browse the bibliography online, follow the hyperlinks in the text.

To navigate the bibliography, click on the hyperlinks in the text to access the items you are interested in.  The materials in the bibliography are divided into nine categories. Each page has links to the first page, the next page, and the previous page in the bibliography located on the bottom of each page for easy navigation.  You may also use the back button on your browser or the menu on the left side of the page to move between sections of the bibliography.

The online bibliography is designed to link you to available documents on this Web site and others. If you want to access a document that is available online (as indicated by blue underlined text), click on it and the document will appear in the window on the right side of the screen.  To get back to the bibliography after reading a document, use the back button on your browser or the menu bar on the left side of the page.

The documents available on this website are in Adobe PDF format and you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader program to view them.  The Acrobat Reader program is free.  If you do not have it, you must go to the Adobe Web site and download it before you will be able to view the documents.

Instructions for the Archive

The archive is a listing of all of the materials available for viewing on the web.  The materials are organized using the same categories used in the bibliography.  To access an item in the archive, click on its title and it will appear in the window on the right side of the screen.  When you are finished with the item, use the back button on your browser to return to the main archive page or click on 'archive' in the menu on the left side of the page.  The documents listed in the archive are in Adobe PDF format and you will not be able to access them without downloading the Adobe Acrobat Reader software first.  To download Acrobat Reader, click on the 'Get Acrobat Reader' button on the main archive page.  The software is free.
